Everyone’s using AI. Almost nobody’s using it on purpose.

Deciding what it’s for is the hard part. Not the building.

Pick your industry.

What is that costing you?

Every one of those is a job you didn’t know you were losing.

None of those?

Tell us what you’d build if you could.

Those four are problems we already know how to measure. Yours might not be one of them, and that’s fine - most of the interesting work starts as something nobody has built yet.

You’ll get a straight answer, usually same day: whether it’s possible, roughly what it would take, and honestly whether we think it’s worth doing. Sometimes the answer is no, or “yes, but not by us”. We’ll say which.

Where we’d stop you

  • Anything that needs to be right every time. Dosing, safety cutoffs, structural calculations. We won’t put a language model between you and a liability.
  • Replacing a person who is the product. If clients buy your judgement, automating it dilutes what they’re paying for.
  • Anything already solved by software you can buy. We’ll name the product and stop there.
  • Work where the numbers don’t support it. If a build costs more than the problem, we’ll show you the arithmetic.

Describe it in your own words

No pitch deck comes back. Just an answer.

The whole thing, in 98 seconds

One night, one missed call, and what it cost.

If none of the four sounded like you, this is the argument in full - what “on purpose” actually means, and what we measure.

Scope

What we don't do.

Worth saying up front so you don't spend a call finding out. If you need these, we'll tell you who's good at them.

  • E-commerce stores. Shopify does it better.
  • Social media management. Not a fit for how we work.
  • Paid ad management. We'll build the landing page. Someone else should run the spend.
  • Logos and brand identity. We'll work with whatever you have.
  • Work where the numbers don't support it. Small average job, low volume, no marketing spend - a website won't pay for itself. We'll say so rather than take the money.

Recent work

HVAC contractor · Englewood, FL · 11 employees

Their phone number couldn't be tapped on a phone. For six years.

A single line of code in their template told mobile browsers not to turn phone numbers into links. Nobody had looked. The fix took an afternoon.

How it works

Three steps. You approve each one before the next.

Step one

We measure

A written assessment of what's costing you money right now, with the numbers behind each finding. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

Step two

We build

Fixed scope, fixed price, a date. You watch it happen on a live preview link, not in a status email.

Step three

We run it

Maintenance, updates, and a one-page monthly report. Cancel any month. You own the code and the accounts.

Free tools

Three scans. Ninety seconds. No email.

Your website, read line by line. Your Google listing, checked the way a customer sees it. And whether AI search can find you at all - most sites have never been tested for that.
